Robert is retired from Pratt & Whitney Aircraft in East Hartford, CT where he had worked as a draftsman and machinist. Josiane formerly worked as a computer programmer and analyst at Berkshire Life Insurance Company in Pittsfield, MA. Robert and Josiane have one son, Michael, and two granddaughters, Mara and Sylvia (see photo above).
They have fields of blueberries, a small orchard of apple and plum trees, and a huge asparagus batch in addition to a vegetable garden. You can find DuVernois berries and fruit at the Hartwell (Georgia) Farmer’s Market.
Robert and Josiane are active members of the Hartwell First United Methodist Church. They can also be found on Facebook.
